rain drop

Post is up late today, but it is up. I got kinda sucked into relaxing on the couch and watching TV with the girls last night. I usually do my posting on Sunday night but last night I just wanted to rest. I had been out running around all morning , and then I spent the afternoon learning about Young Living essential oils.I have just started working with and learning about these wonderful oils a few months, and have been using them daily ever since. I honestly never want to be without some of them.Yesterday I was lucky enough to have have someone give me a Raindrop Technique. They take 9 different essential oils and apply them to your feet and along your spine. The application is very genital and relaxing, plus you get the benefit of the aroma therapy during, and after the application. All and all a pleasant experience.

When the treatment was overt I felt relaxed and refreshed, the aroma was uplifting,I got up and dresses and drove myself home. After being home for about an hour I started feeling achy and tired and got a slight headache. This is a what is referred to as a healing crisis, when the body is releasing toxins it is normal to feel this way I have had similar feelings after deep tissue massage. So I had something to eat, drank lots of water and spent some time relaxing. When I woke up this morning, before my alarm i’d like to add , I felt wonderful, energized and ready to go, pretty impressive for a snowy Monday. This is definitely something I would love to have done regularly, and I want to learn how to do the technique so I can help others to feel this good. Yesterday was just a causal practice and demonstration of this  technique ,I will be looking to go to a more formal training session in the future, as well as  getting the the kit from Young Living  ,that happens to come with and instructional DVD and booklet. I honestly wish I had more information to pass on this time , But I wanted to mention to the experience and let you know if you have an opportunity to have this done I highly recommend it. Just make sure only the highest quality oils are used,

I just grabbed this little blurb from the Young Living website

where you need to be

Sometimes we try to do so many things, we forget

where it is we need to be. When that happens stop for just a moment.

Relax, let go. You are exactly where you need to be.
