For a sweet treat, packed with nutrients, try a scoop of ice cream in your smoothie.
I make one with mixed frozen berries, kale, celery, and a scoop of non dairy chocolate ice cream.
Also try frozen tropical fruit (pineapple mango, coconut, and banana) with a scoop of vanilla, strawberry, or coconut ice cream.
