Bicep Curls March 27, 2013

Start by sitting up straight, feet flat on the floor, hands on your lap, palms up, with closed fists.

Bending your elbows, slowly curl your arms up, fists just in front of your shoulders. Slowly bring them back toward you lap and lift up again.

*Remember to keep the muscles tight throughout the exercise.

Start with 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps.
