Shoulder Raisses( Office Chair Exercises) March 25, 2013

Start by sitting up straight, feet flat on the floor, hands on your lap.

Holding arms straight out, lift up 90 degrees (arms should be held out shoulder height).

Bring arms down, stopping just above your lap and lift again.

Start with 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps.
