Tip of the Day March 11, 2013

1 Medium ripe avocado

1 celery stalk chopped

1 TBS chopped onion (optional)

2 TBS chopped cucumber

¼ warm water

1 to 2 TBS apple cider vinegar

Place all ingredients in blender and combine until creamy
Mix mayo with 1 16oz bag coleslaw and refridgerate for at least 1hour

 coleslaw withavacado mayo
