Take time for you today and focus on love;
Valentine’s Day Meditation
Sit comfortably, feet flat on the floor, spin in alignment, shoulders relaxed. Place your hands together in front of your heart (prayer position) bow to your heart. Release your hands and find a comfortable position for them.
Close your eyes and focus on your breath, as you let your body relax.
Repeat the word love over and over to yourself or out loud for 2-5 min. As you repeat this mantra watch your thoughts float across the screen in your mind. Don’t hold your focus on any one just let them come and go as you repeat love, love, love. When you have finished start to move a little, open your eyes and return to your day, loved.
